Can I change my chosen delivery address?

**Before your order ships:**

Yes! Contact us at support@warmmly.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • The new delivery address
  • We'll update it if production hasn't started yet.

    **After your order ships:**

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package is with the carrier. You may be able to:

  • Contact the carrier directly to request a redirect (fees may apply)
  • Arrange collection from a local depot
  • **After delivery attempt:**

    If delivery fails, the carrier will usually:

  • Leave a card with collection instructions
  • Attempt redelivery
  • Return the package to us (we'll contact you to arrange reshipment)
  • To avoid issues, please double-check your address at checkout.
