My order arrived damaged. What happens now?

We're really sorry your order arrived damaged. We pack everything carefully, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit.

**What to do:**

1. **Take photos** of the damage to both the packaging and the print

2. **Contact us** at support@warmmly.com within 14 days of delivery

3. **Include:**

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage

• Brief description of the issue

**What happens next:**

We'll review your case quickly (usually within 24-48 hours) and arrange either:

  • A free replacement print, or
  • A full refund
  • You don't need to return the damaged item - please recycle or dispose of it responsibly.

    We take quality seriously and will always make it right.
