My tracking has not been updated for a week. Is there a problem?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24-48 hours to appear in the system, especially during busy periods or when packages cross international borders.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days:

1. Check the carrier's tracking page directly using the link in your shipping email

2. Allow extra time during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)

3. International shipments may show fewer updates while in transit

Our shipping partners include Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and others depending on your location.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@warmmly.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
