I never received my order. Is it lost?

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. Here's what to do:

1. **Check your tracking:** Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest status.

2. **Allow extra time:** Delivery can sometimes take longer than estimated, especially:

• During holiday periods

• For international shipments

• In remote areas

3. **Check with neighbours:** Carriers sometimes leave packages with neighbours if you're not home.

4. **Contact us:** If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if there's been no tracking update for 7+ business days, email us at support@warmmly.com with your order number.

We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if your order is confirmed lost.
